Return Shipping: The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a faulty item. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the goods. Please retain proof of postage for your records.
Refunds
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging.
